If payment is made within 48 hours of termination, a reinstate fee of .00 will apply. Real Marketing has the right to suspend services at anytime.

Refunds or Cancellations

Since we offer 30 day free trial, no refunds are issued. You may cancel at anytime by going to the the account removal form before your 30 days expire. Please have your account username, password, and domain name on record as this information will be required to cancel the account. All accounts ordered will be charged after the 30 day trail period. It's also the billing and admin contacts responsibility to keep your domain name renewed with your registrar before they expire, and or inform us that you will not be renewing the domain and to have us stop billing your account. All account cancellations must use this form.




Bandwidth

Even though we offer unlimited data transfer. We do not have unlimited bandwidth. We do meter your traffic. If we find a web site getting extreme amounts of traffic (over 20kbs or 10GB a month). You will need to move your domain to a dedicated server. We can assist you in the transfer to your own machine. Please look at our dedicated server packages here. You agree if it becomes necessary to prevent and allow us to break any external links that become a burden on our network until other arrangements can be made.


Security

Any attempt to violate the security, stability, integrity of any Real Marketing server is strictly prohibited. The customer is responsible for any and all files contained in (and under) his/her directory. Customers shall not, nor shall they permit or assist others to abuse or fraudulently use Real Marketing.Com IP Products and Services, including but not limited to the following:

1. The sending or facilitation of the sending of unsolicited commercial email (spamming), bulk email, opt-out email, or any type of commercial email other than verifiable, confirmed opt-in email is strictly prohibited. Any opt-in list must be developed by the sender alone, as through the means of checkboxes on electronic shopping cart forms, must, prior to the sending of any commercial message, be confirmed by email to and from the email address provided on such form by the requesting party, which confirming email must utilize a unique key stored in a database and must be retained with all header information for an indefinite period of time as proof of such confirmation and made available at the request of Real Marketing for the purpose of verification. This strict policy is for the protection of the network and the interests of Real Marketing and its users.

Newsletters (Spam Complaints)

Users may send newsletters by email to their subscription base as long as the subscription is confirmed opt-in. User must retain the subscription request incase we ask for the confirmation against spam complaints. Technical Support

Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify Real Marketing against liability for any and all use of the customer's account.

All software sales have a full 30 day guarantee from the date of purchase. Any request after the 30 day period will be rejected.

General

Minco Products, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets temperature sensors and instruments, Thermofoil(TM) etched-foil and wire-wound heaters, and flexible printed circuits. Administration and manufacturing operations are located in Fridley, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. Additional manufacturing in France and a distribution point in Switzerland serve European customers. The company is privately held.


History
Minco was incorporated on October 2, 1956 as an engineering firm designing and building precision electromechanical devices on a subcontract basis.

In 1958 management decided to concentrate on the development and marketing of proprietary products. One of the first efforts was Thermal-RibbonTM flexible wire-wound temperature sensors for aerospace guidance systems. This experience led in turn to the development of ThermofoilTM etched-foil heaters, introduced by Minco in 1960.

During the 1960's the temperature sensor line was expanded to include industrial probes, bearing sensors, and stator sensors. Minco soon established a strong position as a supplier to large machinery manufacturers and energy management system contractors.

In 1968 Minco built a new headquarters and manufacturing plant in Fridley.

ThermofoilTM heaters, originally developed for aerospace instruments, soon found commercial and medical applications as well. In particular, orders for heaters used in copy machines increased to the point where factory space became insufficient. Minco then acquired a second plant across the street from the first and dedicated it to production of heater assemblies. The original plant has since been expanded with two major additions and a third plant constructed in 1996.

In 1974 the company adapted its precision etching and laminating expertise to the manufacture of flexible printed circuits. These first circuits served as interconnects in cardiac pacemakers. Flex-circuit technology was in its infancy at the time, and Minco quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer of circuits for critical aerospace and medical electronic applications.

Temperature instruments (transmitters, meters, controllers, and alarms) were developed starting in the 1970's to complement Minco's temperature sensors and heaters.

New product development has continued over the last two decades. More recent product line additions include transparent heaters, rigid-flex circuits, isolated temperature transmitters, and high temperature RTD elements.

Minco has a diverse product line suited to a wide variety of industries, and has always emphasized long-term relationships with its customers. Many of the company's first customers still buy today. These factors have given Minco an exceptional record of stability and sustained growth. Sales have increased every year since 1957. Sound financial practices ensure that the corporation has the resources to carry its successes well into the future.

Company Organization
Minco has four major product divisions: Temperature Sensors, Instruments, Heaters, and Flex-Circuits. Each has its own production areas, personnel, and engineering staff. The sales department, machine shop, and administrative functions are shared by all divisions.

Total employment numbers over 700. The company enjoys good relationships with its employees and turnover is low. A substantial profit sharing program encourages continuous improvement of quality and productivity. Employees are shifted between divisions as needed to match workload, contributing to stable employment and broadening of job skills. Minco's in-plant training program offers a wide variety of courses for personal development.

Quality Assurance
From its founding Minco has established a reputation for top quality products. Many critical systems rely upon our heaters, flex-circuits and temperature sensors. Examples include heart pacemakers and defibrillators, space shuttle controls, missile guidance systems, power plant generators, and nuclear safety systems.

Minco is certified to ISO 9001 (Registrar: TÃœV). Minco's formal quality assurance program has the capability of meeting, when required by customer specification, MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-I-45208A, NHB5300.4(1C and 1B), MIL-STD-45662, 10CFR50 and -21, MIL-STD-790, IEEE-323, and FDA-GMP. Periodic self-audits, as well as audits by customers, assure continuing conformance to these specifications. Statistical Process Control has been applied to selected production areas to monitor and improve process parameters.

Quality of work and training are emphasized at Minco. Ongoing commitment to ISO 9001 includes programs to educate, motivate, and involve the entire workforce in proper quality procedures. Management encourages engineering, production, and administrative employees to make quality the prime consideration in all activities.

Some customers have certified Minco for "dock-to-stock" programs, in which the customer waives incoming inspection, allowing Minco inspectors to perform final acceptance of parts. We also apply Just-In-Time operating principles to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times.

Minco's U.S. headquarters occupies three modern buildings totaling 228,000 square feet (21,000 square meters) of administrative, engineering, and manufacturing space. Equipment includes chemical etching, plating, lamination, and wire-winding. Pollution control systems meet all state and federal requirements.

A metrology lab provides calibrations traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Additional inspection equipment allows in-plant testing of physical and electrical parameters established by contract requirements.

Additional facilities in France and Switzerland serve European customers.
